Zoë de Priester is a jazz singer with a passion for text. She strives to connect with her audience through story telling and emotion. She is very much inspired by traditional jazz, theater and spoken word.
Today with Emiliano Roca on the guitar end Miguel Sucasas on the saxophone.
Born in Trinidad & Tobago and mainly raised in Groningen where she attended a preparatory year at the Prince Claus conservatoire. At the moment she is finishing up her bachelors in jazz singing at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. She grew up hearing some of the jazz greats such as Billie Holiday, Nina Simone and Sarah Vaughan.
